防疫復工(gong)兩不誤(wu),職工(gong)大會進行(xing)中!連日來,山西建(jian)投建(jian)工(gong)集團各基層單位職工(gong)大(da)會相繼召開。一方面,疫(yi)情防(fang)控不放松(song),主要采用視頻會議方(fang)式線上召(zhao)開,針對(dui)線下主會場,會前進(jin)行全方(fang)位(wei)、無死角清(qing)潔消毒;入場時(shi),對參會人員進行體溫檢測、消毒登記(ji),會場座位設置(zhi)保證安全距(ju)離;會中,每次發(fa)言(yan)前對發(fa)言(yan)臺(tai)進(jin)行(xing)消毒處(chu)理,并定時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)會場通風;會(hui)后,再次對(dui)會(hui)場全面消毒,確保整(zheng)場會(hui)議安全有(you)序。 另(ling)一方面,會議效果不降低,提前(qian)籌(chou)劃,周密部署,會議召(zhao)開審批報備、會議資料(liao)嚴謹(jin)下發(fa)、會議程(cheng)序合(he)規完整,其間(jian),參會職工(gong)著(zhu)裝得體、認真聽(ting)取單(dan)位(wei)負責(ze)(ze)人和(he)單(dan)位(wei)財務負責(ze)(ze)人所作的工(gong)作(zuo)報(bao)告(gao)和(he)重大(da)事(shi)項報(bao)告(gao),以及領(ling)導班子成(cheng)員、項目(mu)經理(li)的述職(zhi)報(bao)告(gao),并通過線上二維(wei)碼對本單位領(ling)導人員及集團公司(si)后備(bei)干(gan)部和(he)領(ling)導干(gan)部分別進行民主測(ce)評和(he)廉(lian)潔自(zi)律測(ce)評,保(bao)證集團公司(si)基層職(zhi)工(gong)大(da)會在疫情之(zhi)下,開出高效率、精氣神、凝聚(ju)力。
